Adding a datapoint rather than asking anything.
Ordered from Cardinal Metabolic Clinic twice now. First one was fine, second one took three weeks and nobody answered my emails until I opened a card dispute.
Cardinal Metabolic Clinic came up in another thread and I realised I had no idea whether my experience with them was normal or not.
For what it’s worth the Institute has an Index Score of 87 for them, which is where I started.
Not looking for anything other than what people have actually run into.

Happy to walk through how to read one of those reports if it would help. It is less intimidating than it looks once you know which three numbers matter.
