Quick one. Support at Atlas Peptide Labs was actually pretty decent when I had a problem, which surprised me given what I’d read.

This is probably obvious to everyone else but I had no idea any of this was even tested independently.

Mass spec gives you molecular weight, which confirms identity but says nothing about whether the sequence is correct. Two different peptides can share a mass.
