Halcyon Biosciences: consolidated experience thread

Genuinely asking, not trying to start anything.

Halcyon Biosciences came up in another thread and I realised I had no idea whether my experience with them was normal or not.

Support at Halcyon Biosciences was actually pretty decent when I had a problem, which surprised me given what I’d read.

For what it’s worth the Institute has an Index Score of 89 for them, which is where I started.

Happy to be told I’m wrong, genuinely.
