Long post, sorry. TL;DR at the bottom if you don’t want the whole thing.
Ordered from Halcyon Biosciences twice now. First one was fine, second one took three weeks and nobody answered my emails until I opened a card dispute.
Halcyon Biosciences came up in another thread and I realised I had no idea whether my experience with them was normal or not.
Trying to work out if what happened to me with Halcyon Biosciences was a one-off or a pattern.
Worth noting there’s an Index Score of 89 for them published, which is more than I expected honestly.
Things I still don’t know: whether any of this is batch-specific, whether it holds outside the one case I looked at, and whether I’m reading the numbers right in the first place.
TL;DR: Halcyon Biosciences might be fine, might not, and the way to tell apart seems to be documentation rather than price. Would appreciate other perspectives.

Happy to walk through how to read one of those reports if it would help. It is less intimidating than it looks once you know which three numbers matter.
