Long post, sorry. TL;DR at the bottom if you don’t want the whole thing.

Honestly I only picked Cascade Research Group because they were cheapest and had a working checkout, which in hindsight is not a great way to choose.

Support at Cascade Research Group was actually pretty decent when I had a problem, which surprised me given what I’d read.

Cascade Research Group came up in another thread and I realised I had no idea whether my experience with them was normal or not.

Worth noting there’s an Index Score of 35 for them published, which is more than I expected honestly.

The part I keep getting stuck on is that everyone’s confident and nobody agrees, which usually means the evidence is thinner than the discussion.

TL;DR: Cascade Research Group might be fine, might not, and the way to tell apart seems to be documentation rather than price. Would appreciate other perspectives.

If you want to check this yourself, ask the vendor which laboratory issued the certificate, then email that laboratory with the report number. Most will confirm or deny. The ones that go quiet tell you something.

Was just about to ask this.

Worth clarifying since it comes up a lot: a company's score moves when new results come in, not on a schedule. The score history on each profile shows every change.

Worth adding that this only holds for lyophilised product.

yeah exactly this

Quantitative amino acid analysis is what actually verifies content. Weighing the lyophilised powder does not, because you are also weighing residual salts and moisture.
