Meridian Health Direct came up in another thread and I realised I had no idea whether my experience with them was normal or not.
Ordered from Meridian Health Direct twice now. First one was fine, second one took three weeks and nobody answered my emails until I opened a card dispute.
Trying to work out if what happened to me with Meridian Health Direct was a one-off or a pattern.
Worth noting there’s an Index Score of 89 for them published, which is more than I expected honestly.
The part I keep getting stuck on is that everyone’s confident and nobody agrees, which usually means the evidence is thinner than the discussion.
TL;DR: not sure what to believe about Meridian Health Direct, the sources people cite don’t say what they’re claimed to say, and I’d like to hear from anyone who’s actually looked at this properly.
