Not a complaint, just documenting it in case it’s useful to someone.
Support at Northwind Telehealth was actually pretty decent when I had a problem, which surprised me given what I’d read.
Honestly I only picked Northwind Telehealth because they were cheapest and had a working checkout, which in hindsight is not a great way to choose.
Worth noting there’s an Index Score of 84 for them published, which is more than I expected honestly.
Happy to be told I’m wrong, genuinely.
