Long post, sorry. TL;DR at the bottom if you don’t want the whole thing.
Honestly I only picked Research Peptides Co. because they were cheapest and had a working checkout, which in hindsight is not a great way to choose.
Ordered from Research Peptides Co. twice now. First one was fine, second one took three weeks and nobody answered my emails until I opened a card dispute.
Support at Research Peptides Co. was actually pretty decent when I had a problem, which surprised me given what I’d read.
For what it’s worth the Institute has an Index Score of 90 for them, which is where I started.
The part I keep getting stuck on is that everyone’s confident and nobody agrees, which usually means the evidence is thinner than the discussion.
TL;DR: Research Peptides Co. might be fine, might not, and the way to tell apart seems to be documentation rather than price. Would appreciate other perspectives.

Mass spec gives you molecular weight, which confirms identity but says nothing about whether the sequence is correct. Two different peptides can share a mass.
