Trying to work out if what happened to me with Sterling Compound Co. was a one-off or a pattern.
Ordered from Sterling Compound Co. twice now. First one was fine, second one took three weeks and nobody answered my emails until I opened a card dispute.
The Institute testing page has an Index Score of 74 for them if you want actual numbers rather than vibes.

Try the search on the testing database rather than the main search. Different index, catches specimen IDs.
