Fair warning, this is long. Summary at the end.

This is the sort of thing that never gets written down anywhere so I figured I’d ask.

Curious how other people think about this, because I keep going back and forth.

I’ve changed my mind on this twice in the last year so take my current position lightly.

Things I still don’t know: whether any of this is batch-specific, whether it holds outside the one case I looked at, and whether I’m reading the numbers right in the first place.

TL;DR: I went looking for a straight answer on Books and courses for reading pharmacology properly and came back with more questions. Details above.

If your solution went cloudy after reconstitution that is usually either the diluent or the temperature it was stored at. Worth posting what you used.

Reading this and realising I have been doing it wrong, so thanks I guess.

Where do you even start with reading the actual papers? They may as well be in another language.

Correct, and the same applies to the quantity assay.

This exact discussion happens every six months and lands in the same place. Not complaining, just noting it.
