Searched first, found bits of this scattered across old threads, so figured I’d start a proper one.
I’m not a scientist. I can read an abstract and roughly follow it but that’s about my limit with Tirzepatide/Cagrilintide Blend.
Every vendor page for Tirzepatide/Cagrilintide Blend says basically the same thing in the same order, which makes me think none of them wrote it.
The Institute testing page has 2 published tests on Tirzepatide/Cagrilintide Blend if you want actual numbers rather than vibes.
Anyway. Curious what everyone else has seen.

Reversed-phase HPLC with UV detection at 214nm is the standard here because the peptide bond absorbs there. If a vendor reports purity without stating the method or wavelength, the number is not comparable to anything.
