Why does every Tirzepatide/Cagrilintide Blend vendor claim exactly 99% purity?

Not asking whether I should do this. Just the specific question.

So I’ve been reading about Tirzepatide/Cagrilintide Blend for a few weeks now and the more I read the less confident I am that anyone actually knows what they’re talking about.

The Institute testing page has 2 published tests on Tirzepatide/Cagrilintide Blend if you want actual numbers rather than vibes.

If this has already been answered somewhere just point me at it.
