Prices moved noticeably this month across several vendors at once, which usually means something upstream changed.
Three new sellers appeared in the last six weeks with suspiciously similar site templates.

Fair enough, I will look at it properly.
Mass spec gives you molecular weight, which confirms identity but says nothing about whether the sequence is correct. Two different peptides can share a mass.
tbh half the vendor sites look like they were built by the same guy
