Methodology question: why does testing weight 25% and not more?

If independent testing is the platform’s core differentiator, why is Testing & Quality only a quarter of the score? A company could theoretically fail a test and stay above 60.

Deliberate design: a confirmed failure also cascades into Transparency and triggers editorial review, so real-world impact exceeds the dimension weight — see Cascade, whose 17-point drop crossed multiple dimensions. Pure testing weight would also under-serve users whose problems are fulfillment and support, which our consumer-report data says are more common.
