Short question, hopefully short answer. So I’ve been reading about Tesofensine for a few weeks now and the more I read the less confident I am that anyone actually knows what they’re talking about.
Anyone else find the Tesofensine marketing claims completely unhinged?

Short answer: check that the lot number on the certificate matches the lot printed on your vial. If it does not, the document is about different material.

Worth separating two things here. Purity tells you what fraction of the material is the target compound. Identity tells you whether the target compound is what the label says. A product can pass one and fail the other, and they are different assays.
