Dosing protocols for PT-141: what are people actually doing?

Fair warning, this is long. Summary at the end.

Half of what’s written about PT-141 online is copied from the same three forum posts from 2019. I can’t find an original source for most of it.

Every vendor page for PT-141 says basically the same thing in the same order, which makes me think none of them wrote it.

What bugs me about PT-141 is how confident everyone is. Nobody hedges. Everyone has a protocol.

For what it’s worth the Institute has 6 published tests on PT-141, which is where I started.

The part I keep getting stuck on is that everyone’s confident and nobody agrees, which usually means the evidence is thinner than the discussion.

TL;DR: PT-141 might be fine, might not, and the way to tell apart seems to be documentation rather than price. Would appreciate other perspectives.

Try the search on the testing database rather than the main search. Different index, catches specimen IDs.

Quantitative amino acid analysis is what actually verifies content. Weighing the lyophilised powder does not, because you are also weighing residual salts and moisture.
