Might be overthinking this. Every vendor page for PT-141 says basically the same thing in the same order, which makes me think none of them wrote it.

Short answer: check that the lot number on the certificate matches the lot printed on your vial. If it does not, the document is about different material.

I would want to see this replicated by a group that is not the one who published the original before I changed anything.

Happy to walk through how to read one of those reports if it would help. It is less intimidating than it looks once you know which three numbers matter.
