So I’ve been reading about Sermorelin for a few weeks now and the more I read the less confident I am that anyone actually knows what they’re talking about.
Started looking at Sermorelin because a friend swears by it. He also swears by cold plunges and sleeping with his phone in another room, so, grain of salt.
The Institute testing page has 4 published tests on Sermorelin if you want actual numbers rather than vibes.
Anyway. Curious what everyone else has seen.
