Half of what’s written about Thymalin online is copied from the same three forum posts from 2019. I can’t find an original source for most of it.
Started looking at Thymalin because a friend swears by it. He also swears by cold plunges and sleeping with his phone in another room, so, grain of salt.
Tell me why I’m wrong.
