I keep seeing people wave COAs around like they settle the argument. They don’t, and I say that as someone who used to do exactly that.
The Institute testing page has 4 published KPV reports if you want actual numbers rather than vibes.
If this has already been answered somewhere just point me at it.

I would want to see this replicated by a group that is not the one who published the original before I changed anything.
