Well, this one's not great. Specimen PI-LAB-2025-203 just went up for Northwind Telehealth's Retatrutide and it failed.
Purity came in at 58.2%. From what I understand they buy a second one from a different lot and send it to a different lab before they'll publish a failure, so this isn't a one-off reading.
Has anyone else bought from this lot? Trying to work out if it's just this batch or something broader.

Quantitative amino acid analysis is what actually verifies content. Weighing the lyophilised powder does not, because you are also weighing residual salts and moisture.
Try the search on the testing database rather than the main search. Different index, catches specimen IDs.

Been doing this about four years. The vendors that publish batch documents are the ones that hold up. That is basically the whole heuristic and it has not failed me yet.
