Vector Peptide Supply Vilon: content discrepancy in PI-LAB-2026-104

Vector Peptide Supply's Vilon came back with a discrepancy, specimen PI-LAB-2026-104 if you want to look at it yourself.

Purity was actually fine at 93.1%. The problem is the amount, 9.97mg measured against 10mg on the label. Which is the kind of thing a purity-only COA sails straight past.

Has anyone else bought from this lot? Trying to work out if it's just this batch or something broader.

Correct, and the same applies to the quantity assay.

Worth separating two things here. Purity tells you what fraction of the material is the target compound. Identity tells you whether the target compound is what the label says. A product can pass one and fail the other, and they are different assays.

This exact discussion happens every six months and lands in the same place. Not complaining, just noting it.

tbh half the vendor sites look like they were built by the same guy

Three anecdotes is not data. It is not nothing either, but it is not data.
