Retatrutide testing round-up: what our latest samples measured

Retatrutide is a triple gip/glp-1/glucagon receptor agonist with a development status of "phase 3 clinical trials". The Institute rates the strength of its published evidence as moderate. An investigational triple-agonist in late-stage trials, with phase 2 data showing the largest weight reductions yet reported for an incretin therapy.

This report covers the Retatrutide samples processed in our most recent testing cycle. Every specimen was purchased anonymously at retail, transferred under chain-of-custody documentation, and analysed by an independent contract laboratory.

The Institute has independently tested 21 Retatrutide samples from 11 companies. 86% met their label claims on purity and content. Measured purity ranged from 58.2% to 99.7%, averaging 94.4%. 2 samples failed verification outright. Every specimen is published in full, including the laboratory that ran it.
