Ipamorelin and CJC-1295: what stacked GH-axis research actually measures

The synergy claim has real pharmacology behind it — and important measurement caveats.

The GHRH-analog-plus-secretagogue pairing is grounded in real physiology: the two receptor systems are complementary, and combined stimulation produces greater GH pulses than either alone in controlled settings.

The caveats are equally real. Acute GH pulse height is a surrogate; downstream IGF-1 elevation and any functional outcome are separate questions with far less data. And form confusion between DAC and non-DAC CJC-1295 — which our testing has repeatedly documented — makes much community-reported experience unreliable as evidence.
