The Institute stability guide is the best starting point — it separates what has published time-course data from what is community folklore. Short version: bacteriostatic water for multi-draw use, but watch benzyl alcohol with oxidation-sensitive sequences.
Concentration matters more than people think. Aggregation is concentration-dependent; reconstituting at the highest concentration "to save space" is how you get cloudy vials with some sequences.
Staff note: our lab program is adding time-course retests to selected specimens this fall, which should give this thread real numbers for the most-discussed compounds.
Requesting Semax get priority in that retest program — the stability question matters most for the fragile ones.
