Read both chromatograms. Three major unidentified peaks at 61% main-peak purity is not degradation — degradation gives you predictable related substances. This looks like failed synthesis or wrong material entirely.

Agree with the failed-synthesis read. Also note the two lots failed at different labs — the "lab error" defense does not survive that design. This is why the confirmation protocol exists.

Their dispute statement claims a third-party COA showing 98%. Has anyone traced the COA lab? The report number format does not match that laboratory’s published scheme.

Update: the company has not submitted a retest sample within the dispute window. Status remains under active review; score consequences are documented on the company profile.
