One of the higher-volume analytical laboratories serving the peptide sector said this week that the share of client samples failing purity specifications has risen for a third consecutive quarter — a signal consistent with our own independent testing data.
The laboratory attributes the trend to demand outpacing legitimate synthesis capacity, pulling lower-grade material into the supply chain. Our 2026 testing cycle found the widest purity spread we have measured: 61% to 99.2% across 20 samples.
