Overview

TB-500 refers to synthetic thymosin beta-4 or its active fragment. Thymosin beta-4 is a naturally occurring 43-amino-acid peptide that regulates actin polymerization, a process central to cell movement and tissue repair.

Preclinical research has examined wound healing, corneal repair, and cardiac tissue models. As with most research peptides, human data is sparse, and product quality varies between suppliers — TB-500 has produced both our highest and most variable purity results in independent testing.
